As a devoted personal trainer, my training programmes are usually structured with a balanced combination of gym based sessions (in order to use specific equipment) as well as outdoor training sessions – I’ve found a lot of my clients like it that way. Training should be fun and varied!
I have access to a superb gym, (please check out the link) however, if you are gym shy then no problem. I can also provide effective training sessions which can be done in the privacy of your own home.
It is important that my clients train where they are most comfortable. I am a personal trainer who designs simple or complex, but always highly effective exercise routines that can be done almost anywhere. While the use of certain equipment is usually necessary at times in most people fitness training, sometimes just getting out and about in the fresh air is as good, and we have a host of beautiful parks and potential training grounds dotted around London which I am more than happy to travel to.
